Background

Nevine is a Real Estate professional and she has been in the industry for 10+ years. She strives in what she does whether it be  providing help in the luxury market or navigating the way for a first timer, trying to score that perfect distressed property. 


Goal

Nevine is a Right At Home realtor who has operated with solely referrals and through her brokerage. However, with times you must adapt especially with the era we are in now, Nevine had no website or any social presence before we connected with her so our goal quickly became to get her the recognition and credibility she deserved. We started off by giving her a rebrand with a new website as well as helping her create content for her listings.

Along with the new website design, part of the challenge was to incorporate the current JS Batt Less branding to fit throughout various pages. When it came to implementing the logo, it was clear that it was also in need of a rebrand. With this in mind, a logo was created to solve the task of having a recognizable icon alongside the Batt Less wordmark to allow for a bit more flexibility in use. This idea is what created the initial design, focusing on having something that is simple and readable at different sizes. The initial design was received well, but the client wanted to move away from an actual “battery cell”, to describe the product. Through ideation, we arrived at the current design, which takes cues from a transmission/engine indicator you might see on a car dashboard, and incorporates the “JS'' word mark. This pairs with their current bolded font to retain some of i’ts original design, while modernizing the brand and allowing for different variations of use throughout the website and other mediums.

Results

As a realtor a website is essential, after the launch of this site Nevine closed a listing within 1 week, we shot video and images to make property access easier to prospects with visuals, and to drive those warm leads to the website for a higher conversion. The satisfaction rate went up as now prospects could crunch numbers through the calculator we integrated for their mortgages instead of contacted the realtor for basic questions. We also did design and graphic work for Nevine for her logo and yard signs to help with her branding and to start a local presence with her listings.
